Production Times
As our products are manufactured on demand, production times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order.
- Orders from 10 to 50 units: 3 - 7 business days
- Orders of more than 50 units: 7 - 14 business days
Production begins only after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Typical delivery times within Europe are:
- Portugal: 2 - 5 business days
- Spain: 3 - 6 business days
- Other European countries: 5 - 10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs procedures
- Strikes
- Severe weather conditions
- Shipping carrier disruptions
- Public holidays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout according to the destination country and the size of the order.
If free shipping is available, this will be clearly indicated during checkout.
All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.
Important Information
- Minimum order quantity: We do not accept orders of fewer than 10 units.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping will only be processed after payment of a new shipping fee.
- Unclaimed orders: If an order is not collected and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
- Shipping issues: If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
