All products are manufactured on demand and customized according to the specifications provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing their purchase.
Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in Euros (€).
Applicable taxes, including VAT where required by law, will be calculated according to the customer's location and applicable regulations.
Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers.
Production will only begin after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the destination country and operational circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs authorities
- Strikes
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect information provided by customers
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Order errors caused by Prolory
Customers must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving their order.
If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be offered in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Prolory.
